The Space You Need
Do you want to stay 1-3 months at the ranch to soak up nature and work on something with purpose? A residency is perfect for digital nomads, builders, artists, musicians, authors, small business owners, and other creatives.
Builder Residency
Build out your van or tiny home here. You’ll have plenty of space to work on large-scale metalworking and woodshop projects. For those interested in building projects like an outdoor sauna, we have special discounts for your expertise.
Creator Residency
Bring your art or music to Wild Seeds. You’ll have all the perfect spaces and plenty of tools. Best of all, you’ll have access to our event venues to be able to create a platform for yourself.
Deciding if you want to live at Wild Seeds? A residency is a great place to start. Full-time living spaces are limited, and getting a feel for the community is an important step to becoming a permanent resident.
